The College of Engineering meets this challenge with a commitment to academic excellence and by graduating engineering leaders who not only excel technically, but will practice engineering with a high degree of professional ethics and standards. The College of engineering is accredited nationally by the Engineering Accreditation Commission (EAC) of the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET). The accredited programs include Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering. The Technology Accreditation commission (TAC) of ABET accredits the Computer Engineering Technology and Electrical Engineering Technology programs. The Computer Science Accreditation Commission (CSAC) accredits the Computer Science program.
