It is a
pleasure to introduce you to the College of Juvenile Justice and Psychology, the
first and only one in the nation. Thank you for visiting our website. We hope
that as you browse, you will find not only the information that you need, but
you will consider applying to one of our seven degree programs. We have three
undergraduate degrees, two masters degrees and two Ph.D. degree
programs.
The College's
programs are interdisciplinary, drawing from criminal justice, criminology,
sociology and psychology. Scholarly activity may be further pursued through
investigation into juvenile issues in the research unit of the Texas Juvenile
Crime Prevention Center. This Center is the foundation for our innovative
academic programs.
Our curricula
ensure that you will acquire the research and knowledge competence for entry
into your chosen career. Our faculty provide a teaching and learning climate for
